Respiratory Soothe Herbal Honey

This honey is made to soothe and support sore throats, coughs, and envibe respiratory health. Made with local wild Sierra Nevada Herbs, raw local honey and farm fresh and wild herbal medicine.

Ingredients: Local raw honey infused with locally tended & harvested wild yerba santa leaf (Erodictyon californica), wild poplar buds (Populus fremontii), and powders of marshmallow root (Althea officinalis), bio-regional citrus peel, and fennel (foeniculum vulgare).

Suggested use: Can be enjoyed straight up by the spoonful to help soothe a sore throat or cough. Or try adding a spoonful or two to hot water or tea 2-3 times daily or as needed. 

-Children under 1 year old should not be given honey.
