Ingredients: Flax Glycerin, local mountain spring water, apple cider vinegar, a splash of cane alcohol(50 %) all infused with fresh wild harvested spring nettles (Urtica dioica), goldenrod (Solidago spp.), Yerba Santa (Eriodictyon californicum), reishi mushroom( Ganoderma lucidium), violet leaf (viola spp.) + raw local honey. 

Suggested use: 15-30 drops as needed for children. 30-90 drops as needed for adults. Can be added to water or tea or taken straight as is.
