This is a very exciting offering for Wild Pines. Come and learn some of the basics of silversmithing as you create a hand-hammered silver ring and two silver stacking rings from silversmith Carly Strauss. You will learn to size, cut, sand, solder, and form your rings. Choose a stone to add to your ring for a pop of color. Several stone options will be available. Stones are 10mm across.
This class is a great introduction to silversmithing and is open to all levels. The class is best suited for teens 14+ and adults.
Carly is the owner and only employee of NV-US Silver Works, based in Gardnerville, Nevada. She has been a silversmith for over 7 years. She is a retired teacher who loves teaching silversmithing classes.
