Ingredients: Cold pressed CA extra virgin organic olive oil infused with ginger root (Zingiber officinale), cayenne (Caspsicum sp.), rosemary (Rosmarinus sp.), local beeswax and extracts of Rosemary + Poplar bud. 

Suggested use: Apply topically as needed for menstrual cramps, body pain, and sore muscles. This balm is best absorbed when massaged in well for extra absorption + relief. For a deeper application, try applying a heating pad over balm. Wash hands well after application! Slow down and feel the heal.
